- If the home location that we secured is unavailable when he need it or changed drastically from when we originally checked it then we shall have to take most of the photos in the studio in front of the blue screen so that we can photo shop a much more fitting scenery into place.
- If any equipment is faulty, broken or unavailable when we are taking our photos we will have to take photos using our own cameras and much less professional lighting until we can secure working equipment to take better quality photos.
- If any of the clothes we have requested and put aside to use from the local charity shop (Age UK) are unavailable, dirtied or ill fitting then we will have to look through our own wardrobe selection for appropriate pieces or clean any dirty clothes borrowed in order to make them more acceptable for the brief.
- If the photos that we have taken in any of the locations are not to a high quality we will have to do a re-shoot and take more in order to get the perfect images.
- If we run out of time to shoot whether it be with the equipment, model or clothing we will arrange extra days within the deadline to get finished otherwise we will have to work the best with the images we have so far gotten.

Contingency Plan
This contingency plan will ensure that our photo shoot is completed by the deadline no matter what. It is important we make a contingency plan so as to be prepared for any incidents that may occur in the production of the shoot and keep things moving fluidly. Below are some of the adjustments that would be made under different circumstances.
